Coach Association
is an RV association worth joining.
As new FMCA members in 2006, we joined the Treasure Coasters RV Club and enjoyed many rallies, and benefit from the camaraderie. Hosting rallies and taking leadership roles, including Vice-President elect, has been rewarding. The friendships we've made are invaluable, and we often RV together outside of rallies. FMCA helps you find chapters to join and enjoy. The Treasure Coasters celebrated their 40th Anniversary in May 2024, and we're proud to be part of this history.
FMCA offers great discounts, but the best part has been the friendships we've made, especially through our local chapter, Penn Coachmen. We've met wonderful people, enjoyed events like the Tri-chapter rally, and helped form the RV Basics Alumni Chapter at the 2023 Gillette convention. My husband teaches RV classes, and as the chapterâ€(TM)s secretary, I've met amazing people and learned a lot. Living full-time in our RV, FMCA and our chapter friendships are a big part of our lives.
Great organization for fellowship, fun, food, and education - with social and economic benefits for those that get involved by joining in.
Cindy and I joined FMCA in December 2019. I was impressed with the organization of both FMCA and the Rocky Mountain Motorhome Association (RMMA). I petitioned to form the Southwest Sun Chasers chapter in the fall of 2020. We have enjoyed outings with our new chapter and with the RMMA, and we also attended FMCA's international convention in Gillette, Wyoming, in August 2021.
We love our local chapter (Roving Wolverines) Michigan, also meeting other FMCA members throughout the US at State Parks, RV resorts, etc.
Attended as a first timer to a Rally in Herkimer NY at the Fairgrounds. Very friendly members, hot dog and ice cream social, entertainment all good. Senior oriented. Would suggest better marketing to draw younger members, as event lacked vendors, class b attendees, which has become a popular segment. No manufacture attendance.
We just returned from the Perry GA rally, and if you are new to FMCA or new to RVing and have not attended a rally, then please put that on your bucket list. If you are new, then you will appreciate the seminars and workshops that are made available. If you are looking for any item for your RV, then there are literally dozens of vendors promoting their offerings. If you are interested in looking at new RV's and possibly trading up, or down, there are many to look at and dream about.
We have been members since towables were allowed in. I enjoy the fellowship, gatherings, and the benefits from the organization. I am looking to meet up with old friends as well as making new friends at Perry, this will be our third convention. As we travel through different states I do look to see if any FMCA chapters are having events, gatherings, etc. in the areas we are traveling through. This is a fantastic way to make great friends.
The FMCA events (Conventions) are great. Seminars, vendors, education and best of all friendships made.
We went to our 1st rally in Minot, ND this year. Was our bucket list and had even more meaning due to my husbands recent stroke. Our trip from WI was a big test to see if we could continue the lifestyle. Everyone at the rally was great and helpful with being newbies and his handicap. Thank you!
FMCA is a great organization. I joined 4 years ago before I even got my RV. The people I have met at rallies have become close friends, and the rallies are awesome. From the huge International rally to the regional and chapter ones, I always come away thankful I am a member of this great organization. Hope to get to a few more chapter rallies this year.
I just want to say that the RV Basics course my wife and I took has paid for itself many times over. We have been glamping a lot since we took the course, and I have found three park power pedestals that were wired incorrectly (finding them thanks to you).
We have been members for more than 20 years. FMCA is a good organization, and if you attend any of their big rallies or conventions, you will be able to learn a lot about RVing.
We attended our first convention in Chandler, Arizona. We had just gotten our first motorhome, joined FMCA, and used the rally as our first destination to start our first month-long trip. It was awesome!
Great reading and information, always look forward to receiving the magazine and reading about new products and services
I would recommend FMCA to anyone who has a RV and loves to travel. Great people and a great organization to be a member. If your interested in a RV lifestyle FMCA is a great resource with tons of helpful information. Happy Camping and safe travels.....
Your monthly magazines are the best. I use your digital editions and am just amazed by their functionality. The articles are very well written and one gets a good knowledge of the article's subject. Keep up the good work.
We were given the FMCA membership for the first year and have truly enjoyed the magazine and the FMCA plates, that we proudly display. I do look around our rig for others who are FMCA members when we travel. I truly had no idea all the wonderful things that FMCA does for the RVing community. We renewed for another year and have finally set up our membership and wanted to say "Thank You" FMCA for welcoming us to the Family Motor Coach Association.
Thank you for a great magazine! We read it from cover to cover.
We purchased tires for our Class A. Using the price available through FMCA helped save us money and was super easy! Would highly recommend.
I just used the Michelin Tire Advantage program for the first time. I can only say, thank you! The program was easy to use following the instructions provided. The price I was charged was exactly what was quoted on-line. The service was quick and the tire company that installed the tires here in Denver were very friendly and helpful with my questions. The program saved me about $480 on a set of 6 tires for my Class A Gas motorhome. This savings alone is will pay for several years FMCA!
My "new to me" 2016 Newmar Ventana LE motorhome had OEM Michelin ZXE+ tires, which were a bit over four years old, that had sidewall cracking. I started searching for a new set of six tires. The FMCA discount program with Hankook provided the lowest price ($365 per tire for AH37 tires) which was hundreds of dollars cheaper than prices from other manufacturers. Southern Tire Mart in Houston was the Hankook dealer I used. Both Hankook and Southern Tire Mart provided fantastic service!
I've now used the tire discount on the RV, the GX470 and the RAV4 at a huge savings. Every time I compare the prices and installation, the FMCA discount has more than paid for the annual membership fee. This is a great savings that I highly recommend. My local dealer was very impressed with what I'm paying for Michelin tires.
Many thanks for FMCA's Tire Program. We are so happy that FMCA has the Advantage Program, and we are telling everyone we know about this terrific benefit of FMCA membership!
Thank you. This is very fair pricing. I appreciate this benefit of FMCA membership!
We switched over to the FMCA T-Mobile plan because it cut our existing monthly cost in half. Additionally, the service is as good as and, in most cases, better than the provider we switched from. We have two phones as well as a hot spot on the FMCA T-Mobile program.
Enjoying FMCA's T-Mobile hotspot! Used it from Miami Beach to Tucson, AZ, no issues. Great for streaming our Beyond the Wheel podcast live, thanks to T-Mobile Inseego hotspot's reliable signal. With FMCA's unlimited plan, no data worries! Setup was easy - just turn on and connect. Battery lasts for hours, giving us freedom to surf anywhere. Highly recommend for RVers, travelers, or remote workers!
We have been using the member only TechConnect+ Max benefit from FMCA, for a few months and it is outstanding. We travel all over the country in our RV and have experienced consistent good speeds. Speeds have completely exceeded our expectations, with download speeds of over 200 Mbps. The hotspot itself is very easy to use and has a nice digital display which is a touch screen. Overall, we are very impressed with the TechConnect+ Max benefit, using it for streaming services and Zoom calls.
Our new T-Mobile hotspot is certainly faster than our former AT&T device. We are able to use it for streaming TV while on the road, and picture quality does not seem to vary at our location in Orange Beach, AL. I know we will be very happy with our new hotspot from T-Mobile. Thanks again for all your help.
I can't say enough good things about FMCA/T-Mobile! T-Mobile data speeds are unbelievable. I am routinely seeing speeds faster than my hard-wired home internet - even while rolling down the road! The hotspot functionality on my phone is great. Two clicks and my laptop or tablet are experiencing lightning-fast internet! At these unbeatable prices and unlimited data plan - this is a no-brainer! Get it now!
As a full-time RVer, I need a reliable and fast internet connection to stay in touch with my family and friend. I chose AT&T through FMCA TechConnect. With AT&T through FMCA TechConnect, I get unlimited data on a dedicated hotspot device for only $59.99/month. The speed is sufficient to stream on more than one device while surfing on other devices. Service is provided through AT&T(TM)s nationwide 4G LTE network.
I have been using the Tech Connect AT&T (and before the AT&T was available, T Mobile) unlimited Hot Spot for about two years now. I have travelled from NH to Key West, from Key West Northwest to Seattle, From Seattle to LA and now through AZ, NM and into Texas without ever losing service that I can recall. I am a full timer and my wife and I both work from our RV. We depend on Tech Connect for all our internet needs from TV to emails and work downloads and uploads. When I have had a question,
The FMCA hot spot brand has changed many times. All of them worked very well. We continue to enjoy the FMCA service. I have only good things to say about you
I love my tech connect mini. Power went out in my home for 5 hours one day 6 the next day. My device kept me connected and in touch.
On the road for 60 days in 2023 and the FMCA Tech Connect+, AT&T hotspot kept us connected to the internet the entire time, on the road or at the campground. There was no need to try to use any campgroundâ€(TM)s iffy wifi. At home we stream all of our television using a Roku device and apps such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. On the road in our motorhome we connected our Roku to the TV and then connected it to wifi from the AT&T hotspot. All of our shows played exactly as at our home. The A
We've been Tech Connect members for several years. We appreciate the ability to stream and rarely do we find ourselves without the ability to do so. Jason and crew have always been available to answer questions quickly and accurately. We appreciate the service.
I absolutely love the Tech Connect+! I have been a FMCA Tech Connect+ subscriber for 2 years now. I always have the high-speed connection no matter where I am at, and the response of the FMCA technical team is always there for me. Itâ€(TM)s so easy to use and set-up. Thank you FMCA!
I wanted to send a thank-you note for the opportunity to subscribe to T-Mobile for our hotspot through FMCA. We have contracted with other Wi-Fi internet companies only to be throttled back after 25GB, even though they claim to be unlimited. My wife and I are heavy users, and we have not seen any reduction in service or signal as we travel across the country. So far, our signal has been stronger than what the RV park offers. Thanks again for the great services offered to FMCA members.
We have had our wi-fi hot spot (Sprint) through Tech Connect for over a year now and it has worked very well for us as we travel across the US. It has been very reliable and is a great price for truly unlimited data usage. We just recently had the hotspot fail and we were helped by Brett at Tech Connect+. He diagnosed the problem and within 2 days we had a replacement arrive at the RV park we are staying at. That is fantastic service and we are so glad we are FMCA members and able to use it!
We recently converted our existing Verizon Jet-Pak internet hotspot over to the FMCA version for Verizon internet (FMCA Connect-On-The-Go). Our old version had a 5 GB limit for $50.00/month. Now we have UNLIMITED internet for the same amount of $50.00/month. This is really amazing. We still have the same Verizon Jet-Pak we had before and it was really easy to convert it over to the FMCA plan. We can't thank you enough for offering this plan. It's as if it was made especially for us.
I am very pleased with both the Franklin R-910 Hotspot and the Sprint unlimited data plan through FMCA Tech Connect+. Everything is working flawlessly.
We were in a very rural area of Montana. I bent my 5er axle and could not tow the 52 miles to the repair shop. Set up an appointment with FMCA for a big rig tow to pick up my trailer and take it for repairs. The process was awesome! The customer service rep was amazingly helpful and followed up with me every step of the way. If I could give more stars I would!
We switched from good Sam to fmca. We are full timers and use their roadside assistance program (thankfully have not used it) and we purchased insurance through them with progressive. They have been very responsive when I have any questions.
We got back to our motorhome late Saturday evening found water running on our bedroom floor from a broken water line on the water heater, turned off the water and called roadside rescue, because it was late everyone RR tried to call no one answered, RR said call back Sunday morning, we did, they connected with a service man while he was eating breakfast, the gentleman called us we described the problem he stopped at Lowe's got the part, he knew exactly were we were camping had us fixed quick
We were stranded along a narrow road near Bryce Canyon, Utah. The location was not a good place for cellular service, but I was able to contact Roadside Rescue and arrange for a tow after driving our towed vehicle to the town of Bryce. I had to speak with several people at Roadside Rescue, but each person I spoke with was respectful and courteous. The tow was set up and our rig taken to a place that promptly took care of the repair and we were back on the road in 24 hours.
When we were camping in Misty Mountain Campground in Greenwood, VA one morning our truck would not start. We called FMCA and the young lady told us we would have a tow truck there in 30 minutes. She explained the tow truck would take our truck to the dealership for repair. She was right on target. The tow truck was there in 30 minutes, picked up our truck and took the truck and us to the dealership. This was a great experience for us to compare to our last Roadside Asst. Thank You FMCA.
We had a small issue with FMCA Roadside Rescue© customer service, and they made it right. It shows me they take customer service seriously. They called me twice to apologize and to get the complete story. I plan on staying with the plan, thanks to customer service like this.
Thank you for having the RV roadside assistance benefit option. It was well worth the extra money! We got locked out of our RV in 85-degree temps. Everything was inside the RV (except us and our dog) including my husband's Parkinson's medication! We called roadside assistance and within an hour, they had a locksmith sent to rescue us.
I needed insurance for my "new to me" 2016 Newmar Ventana LE. After doing some on-line shopping for a new policy and getting stunned by quotes being offered, I turned to FMCA RV Insurance and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased by the quotes provided which were $1,000 per year less than the online offers from the same insurance companies! FMCA RV Insurance is a great benefit to have from FMCA!
We just took advantage of FMCA's RV insurance discount. Becoming full-timers, we wanted to make sure we had a full-timers' policy. Thanks to FMCA's help, our policy is now in full effect and it was quick and easy.
We have a 2023 Thor Dazzle 2LB. During a recent road trip through Shreveport, LA, we experienced water dripping from our air conditioner inside the RV. A mid-morning phone call to Bayou Outdoor Supercenter had us in their shop that very afternoon. The technician explained both the problem and what was done to resolve it and all at a very reasonable price. Their quick response enabled us to continue our planned 4-month summer journey. Thank you, Bayou Outdoor Supercenter!
Great Lakes of North America was our first caravan with Fantasy RV Tours and we loved it! The WagonMasters and TailGunners made a great team and helped us feel like a part of the RV family.
We had a great time on our Canadian Maritimes trip with Fantasy RV Tours and saw some beautiful scenery! We met a lot of wonderful people and already made plans to meet up with them in the future.
At this point in our lives, this is a great way for us to travel. If we have a mechanical or medical issue, someone is there to guide us.
We have been on several trips with Fantasy RV Tours, and each has been a wonderful experience. The WagonMasters and TailGunners truly care that you have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Fantasy RV Tours for your next exploration.
Custom Glass Solutions is absolutely a great glass company. We used them in Salt Lake City after catching a good sized rock from an 18 wheeler in White Fish Montana. Outstanding work.
I have been using GFI Notify Systems for two months, and I am completely satisfied with the product and service. If you follow the enclosed instructions the system is easy to set up. For those that may need help, the instructions also provide contact info for assistance. My wife and I travel in our motorhome. We may be away from home for long periods of time. GFI Notify provides a peace of mind knowing we will be notified if our home should lose power. Thank you FMCA!
During our stay my husband had a medical emergency ( 3 days in ICU ) The park and our neighbors were amazing, letting us stay on the site, without the pressure of having to move ( I don't drive ), and with the support of neighbor, driving me back and forth to the hospital. FMCA is the best and proud to be a member.
Our stay at FMCA campground was great. Nice level concrete pads. Clean, nice hookups that were up so you don't have to bend over to plug in. The staff is very friendly. Never hesitate to stay here. Terrific stop.
Stayed for a week at the Campground and had a great time! Conveniently located to downtown Cincinnati. Loved the walking trail directly behind the campground. Very clean and large dog park. Individual sites are large and there's also a picnic table. I'd definitely stay here again!
This was our first stay in the FMCA campground. It was very nice, quiet and relaxing!!
We stayed at the FMCA campground for one night each on our way out and back from our destination. What a beautiful campground. Who can beat $15 per night for full hookups on concrete pads. We especially like the large dog run. Liked the auto check-in/check-out as well. Anytime in the future when we are headed through the Cincinnati area, we will stay overnight here. A nice perk of membership.
Great place for a short stay. Dustin is fantastic/super helpful. Got into a FHU site and couldn't be more pleased at the quality of this simple park. There is an accessible 1.4mi trail around a small lake right there. Access to attractions is a piece of cake. Cincinnati Zoo, Jungle Jim's Int'l Market (Eastgate) (a MUST visit), and a number of chili restaurants so you can try Cincy's 3-way chili. Just awesome! Thanks FMCA!!
Nice safe feeling! Great place for a quick stop, or if you want to see Cincinnati! Our fur babies loved the dog park. It was pretty well lit for a late evening walk.
Stayed Oct. 29,2023. 1 night. 1st time. Missed turn to campground, no problem, just went around the block and there we were. Met another member, Al. He and his wife were just cooking dinner. Liked the park - it was raining so we did not get to go exploring.
Campground is a no fuss location for a good hassle free and quiet overnight stay. We selected an electric only site and were all set for the night.
We just stayed the night at the FMCA campground outside Cincinnati. It was just perfect after a long day of driving to come in and have full hookups and feel safe. Not big but plenty of room . Area is nice with restaurants and grocery close by to stock up and really enjoyed driving thru town as we had never been in this area before. Would stop by again. Thank you FMCA
FMCA Round Bottom Road campground is the BEST. The campsites are large, well laid out for easy parking, have power, water, sewer, and the campground was clean. Great dog park for our dogs to exercise. We will be using this campground each time we travel through Ohio.
FMCA campground was clean and quiet. FHU spot we had was nice an level.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the FMCA Campground. It was such a quiet stop on our way back North on our return trip from Florida. We met some very nice people, it's always good to meet new friends. In fact we ran into some old friends. Definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you FMCA for providing this Campground!
Great little campground. Very clean with friendly staff. Good location near Cincinnati. Nice path around the lake, which we can't wait to explore. Dog park was a plus. We look forward to going back.
Wow! What a nice benefit from FMCA membership. We live in Florida and travel to Columbus, Ohio each summer to visit our children and grandchildren. After a harrowing trip around Atlanta, we were in need of a ‘respite.’ I made reservations at the FMCA campground and we were pleasantly surprised: quiet, full hookups, clean. It allowed us to experience a wonderful dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Mariemont! I highly recommend the campground to fellow members when near Cincinnati
Nice clean and quiet area. Wish we would have had more time to explore the area. Definitely will be coming back.
We enjoyed our stay at FMCA campground very much. So peaceful and relaxing, and so refreshing. We went for a walk around the lake. Great views and a paved walking path made the walk so enjoyable. The park is clean and well looked after. We had a site with full hook ups and we thank you FMCA for the free stay. We will be back ! Gord and Linda Miller F511609
We really enjoyed our stay at the FMCA campground, it was a nice location for our 2 night stay. Nice to meet and greet other FMCA members. Campground is clean and we'll groomed. So glad we stopped.
We really enjoyed our stay at the FMCA campground, it was a nice location for our 2 night stay. Nice to meet and greet other FMCA members. Campground is clean and we'll groomed. So glad we stopped.
We had the opportunity to stay at the camping facility in OH and it was great! So clean and well kept, sites spacious and well laid out, close to so much to do and good places to eat! We enjoyed our 2 nights and hope to come back soon.
Spacious, level site; well-maintained grounds; particularly liked the dog yard. Will visit again when in the area. BillnK8 F468858
It was a nice treat again! We stayed at the campground several months ago for 2 nights, and we just completed another 2 nights there. The campground is excellent and the 1.4 mile walking path around the lake provides exercise as well as enjoyable bird watching. Units of all sizes and degrees of fanciness seemed right at home there. THANK YOU FMCA!!!
Excellent RV park to stay if you are traveling through the Cincinnati area... wide, long concrete pads, full hookups, clean, and nicely landscaped surroundings. Thanks to FMCA for providing this facility to members!
We appreciate the 2 free nights we enjoyed at the HQ campground. A nice, comfortable, level, concrete site was a treat. As a part of our visit we went to Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum. It is a National Historic Landmark and the third largest cemetery in the USA (733 acres). It is a beautiful place for a casual walk or a nice run or drive. there are 44 miles of paved roads within the grounds.
Always nice. Easy in easy out. Convenient for activities in Cincy area.
This was a very clean and big concrete site with full hook ups and we thank you FMCA for the free stay and will pass this info on to non members, Sanford and Kitty
THANK YOU FMCA staff for working with me during this Covid-19 unprecedented time. The uncertainty of when our granddaughter's high school graduation event would take place, you were most helpful! Especially, Alexis, who worked with me on more than one change!
Stayed 2 nights the latter part of September. Very clean and well kept. Not near much food so just keep that in mind. Quite and spacious sites. About 30 total. No bath house, but most sites have sewer, water, electricity. Will stay again and am thankful for FMCA making this available.
We stayed this past weekend at the FMCA campground for the first time and enjoyed the stay. The campground is well kept, quiet, and a great place to stay and plan on coming back. We would recommend it to any FMCA member.
In Cincinnati for a family wedding. Originally booked a 4 night stay but extended 1 day when we had a opportunity to visit with some relatives in for the wedding. Campground was great. Large concrete pad with plenty of room for our 5er and TV. Water pressure was only 22lbs so we filled the tank and ran the pump. Decent WiFi too. Enjoyed both the Main Street Cafe and the Urban Grill on Main in Newtown for dinner. Had excellent breakfasts at The Original Pancake House on Beechmont.
We had the pleasant experience of staying on 8/17/19 at the FMCA Campground in Cincinnati, OH, in our 42-foot motorhome. We were able to reserve a full-service site just a couple of days before our arrival. The bonus that evening was a fireworks display just to the back of the campground. It was truly spectacular! Another bonus: just a short distance from the campground we had dinner at a fabulous restaurant, Urban Grill on Main, located in Newtown, OH. You don't want to miss this place!
We stopped at the FMCA Campground on Round Bottom Rd in Cincinnati overnight and would stay again. The sign for entrance to the park needs to be larger (cause we missed it and had to find place to turn around) but very nice manicured park.
A member since 2017. A great organization with many benefits and membership options to choose from at very reasonable prices. Don’t RV without FMCA!
I purchased 3 SoftStarts for my 2015 Class-A when I migrated to Lithium batteries. I am amazed how quiet the A/Câ€(TM)s start up now and they were surprisingly simple to install, without fearing my lack of electrical expertise. Tom & Dina, Naples Florida
Purchased a used RV a couple of months ago and have been playing around with things. One thing I dislike is the sound of the AC compressor coming on and off. And I have a Bluetti AC200 P (Lithium battery solar generator 2,000 wHr) and thought I would try to run the AC with it. Nope, it would not work, faulted out the Bluetti. On a side note my Honda 2000i generator would start the AC and seemed to work fine. So, I bought the AC SoftstartRV and installed it and now the Bluetti will start t
I'm proud to be a new FMCA member and am looking forward to lots of great times ahead.
We have been members since 1996 (# 210839)... In that time we have RV all over the US Plus a trip to Alaska and Canada.. We were full timers for 9 yrs....FMCA is best thing in RVing. In that time we used about every assist program available.. Early on the rallies and other RVers taught us newbies the things you need to know.... Steve&Dee McGreevy
I called FMCA to renew my membership was very please with Dan Ball, Director of Membership & Marketing. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions with professionalism. Really efficient.
We have been members of FMCA for 9 years now and when I noticed an advisement that FMCA was now partnering with TCS services to provide a prepaid diesel fuel discount card I was very interested. We enrolled, and this last week we completed a 5000 mile round trip journey to Michigan and back to California. I was pleased with the ease of use of the TCS Fuel Card. We only had to fill up one time at a non TA Metro fuel stop. Avg svgs was $.38 a gal. $203 for the entire trip. Amazing! Thanks FMCA
Yes the Roadside Assist program is worth more than the price of membership but I hope I never have to use it. We have friends that did and they are very happy with how well they were treated. The new TCS Diesel Fuel program is another story. I am using that every chance I get! We are saving about $15 per fuel stop - no exaggeration. At this rate, we will more than pay for our membership in a month of traveling and the Roadside Assist program becomes free to us along with the FMCA membership
I became a member of FMCA back in 2014 when I owned 2009 Fleetwood TIOGA Ranger, Class C motor-home and when I decided to downsize due to the normal aging process, I notice that FMCA in 2017 decided to allow all RV owners to join FMCA. I felt confident about my decision to renew my membership would be a good decision. I now have a 2018 Keystone Outback 266RB travel trailer and I am so thrilled that FMCA now has extended their community to all RV owners.
How has FMCA saved me money? Several hundred dollars on new tires for my tow vehicle. I have both the Verizon and Sprint MiFis at great prices, Sprint never throttles down. I took the RV Basic which cost me a bit in the beginning with the long list of items I should have in the RV but has saved me money since then. Hundreds of lessons available for finding information on how to do repairs. When I needed tires for my TT I didn't have any success with the tire program.
On Saturday evening July 20th, 2019, we arrived at the Elko RV Park at Ryndon outside Elko Nevada. We discovered as soon as we tried to plug into the power post that our electric plug head was worn out. We could not get power. It was hot and Saturday evening. Matthew, the park manager had a brand-new head in his supply. For NO charge or fee request, he replaced it for us himself!! What an amazing experience of kindness! Thank you, Matthew! And we enjoyed our time in the park as well!
While visiting the Albuquerque Balloon Festival, our tow bar broke. Parts manager Ernest Marquez took the time to troubleshoot the tow bar and determined it was a faulty part covered by warranty. Further investigation determined he didn't have the part in stock so he took the part off his display model. This type of service is far beyond the norm and is one reason we will never go anywhere else for service in the Albuquerque area other than Rocky Mountain Marine & RV.
We had a blast and would 100% recommend Fantasy RV Tours through FMCA Tour Connection.
I have noticed the OfficeMax/Office Depot ad in Family RVing magazine for a while. I figured at best it would mean the typical 10%. I recently needed printer ink and decided to rip the page out to take with me. What the heck 10% is better than nothing! However, while checking my receipt, I discovered that what would have been $74 was only $41 with the FMCA discount. A savings of $33 almost a 50% savings. The discount made one of the ink cartridges basically free, as it was $33 by itself.
