113th International Convention & RV Expo, 250 Years of Red, White & Blue
Join hundreds of RVers for FRVA's 113th International Convention & RV Expo. You'll discover activities throughout the multiple day event that will have you grinning from ear to ear. We are the perfect stopping point during your 2026 summer journey to escape the holiday “where are we going to camp?” pressures. Take your break here, catch up on laundry, enjoy the antique stores and shops, local eateries, Missouri history, and all that an FRVA convention has to offer. Registration fee covers six nights of camping from June 29 to July 5.

- Missouri State Fairgrounds are located 94.5 miles from Kansas City. KC is named a 2026 FIFA World Cup Host City.
- Bring your bikes. You’ll have direct access to the KATY Trail. At 240 miles, America’s longest and arguably, pre-eminent rail trail.
- Fourth of July (An old-fashioned picnic, music, and games.) Grand Finale: 250th Celebration of fireworks on the 4th of July. You will have a prime viewing spot.

Partial Payment Program
The FRVA Payment Plan is available for those who register by credit card. This plan allows registrants to pay half of the total registration cost upon initial registration, with the balance charged at a later date. For the Sedalia convention, the remaining balance will be charged on April 27, 2026.

FRVA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event promoted by FRVA without cause or warning. Should FRVA be forced to cancel an International Convention & RV Expo along with any associated activities, attendees will receive, at the sole discretion of FRVA, a refund or letter of credit for the registration and service(s) being affected by the registration. Equivalent utilities/services at a future event may not be available at a particular venue, so the closest option will be provided.
